Blxst is heating up 2024, with his Coachella debut, Blavity Fest and Kendrick Juneteenth 'Pop-Out' performances, BET Award nomination (for Sixtape 3), a Top 10 bound US rhythmic radio single 'Rewind' (with Latin superstar Feid), the release of the afropop-influenced single 'Risk Taker' w/ Offset (May 22), and third sonically undeniable single 'Dance With The Devil' with Anderson .Paak (June 28 w/ Album Announce/Pre-Order launch). In late 2022, the LA Times declared 'Blxst is leading the new wave of L.A. hip-hop,' and we now prepare for him to once again take charge with the release of his highly anticipated debut album I’ll Always Come Find You on July 19, 2024. Executive produced by Grammy-winning producer Sounwave (Kendrick, Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Baby Keem, Kali Uchis), I’ll Always Come Find You is Blxst’s most sonically diverse and introspective project to date. The 20-track concept album is comprised of four acts, and drafted in which Blxst takes on the character of ‘Birdie’, a young man who inherits his father’s chauffeur car service ‘Evgle & Son’. While Birdie’s focus is on the destination ahead, he’s confronted with a constant reminder of the life lessons his father instilled in him throughout experiences unfolding in the back seat. I’ll Always Come Find You is the soundtrack to Blxst and Birdie’s introspective journey, analyzing the twists and turns of love/relationships, personal identity, and self-reflection. On the second track, 'Evgle & Son,' LaRoyce Hawkins who voices ‘Big E’ can be heard giving paternal advice to his son, 'The three things that’ll always throw a man off his path are a woman you ain’t got no business dealing with, an enemy disguised as a friend, and that man in the mirror'. This album is a label priority and will be supported with a substantial global marketing plan and budget; US, UK and Australian radio single campaigns, a comprehensive and farreaching press & social/digital marketing, lifestyle/college, merch, retail & tour marketing campaign around Blxst’s 2024 Fall North American tour.
