Thus comes the full-length arrival of SEXMAG, appropriately titled Sexorcyzm. If 2021’s Sex Metal lewdly introduced these Polish degenerates to the international metal underground – a full 25 minutes of caustic & careening sound, drawing equal strength from ‘80s protoblack metal and the vilest thrash – then this 39-minute debut album will decisively blow open the gates to Hell. Whereas that mini-album sounded like the most garaged old New Renaissance release left rotting in the sun and covered in black-candle wax, here do SEXMAG up the evil and sharpen their still-rusty attack, expursing sodomy and total desaster across this Sexorcyzm. This monster of dead Silesia and his four servants unleash a hell-load of Total Metal – worshiping Satan and summoning the old spirits of Sarcófago, Tormentor, Bulldozer and Destruction. The sensation of OLD drapes everything about Sexorcyzm: sorcerous songwriting, vintage analog recording, just enough gutter reverb, and an allencompassing atmosphere of the supernatural and sexual. You already know if this is for you, or whether you need to promptly leave the hall. Feel invited into the darkest medieval tale, full of unholiness, perversion, and absolute horror.
